○ Optional items: Name of siblings attending the POLY Centers, transfer educational institution, cash receipt issuance number, return student certification document (grade/certificate of enrollment), and overseas stay information. |
○ Required items: Name, address, home phone number, mobile phone number, email address, ID, password, and information on children’s academy (lecture course, name, school number). |
○ Required items: Name, address, home phone number, mobile phone number, email address, ID, password. |
○ Optional item: Child information (grade or age, English learning period/institution). |
○ During service use or business processing, additional information such as browser type, OS, IP Address, cookies, date and time of visit, service usage records, access logs, and defective usage records may be collected. |
○ Forpaid services: Credit card information, mobile phone number and carrier, bank account information, gift certificate numbers, and cash receipt numbers may be collected. |
○ Academic history and grades from tests and competitions conducted by the company. |
● Collection methods include the company website, written forms, phone, fax, email, counseling bulletin board, event applications, delivery applications, customer center, service subscription, or voluntary provision by users during service use.
● Personal identification of members to provide customized services optimized for educational purposes.
● Providing learning content, customized services, sending goods or bills, identification, fee payment, and collection.
● Identifying members for service use, preventing illegal use, confirming legal representatives, and handling complaints.
● Developing new services, customized service provision, confirming service results, marketing, advertising, and statistical analysis.
The Company uses users' personal information within the scope outlined in the "Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information" and does not use or disclose personal information beyond this without prior consent, except in cases required by law.
The Company will only provide personal information to third parties with user consent or as required by law, ensuring that the third party adheres to the same protection standards.
The Company may entrust the processing of personal information to third parties to improve services. This is done with strict adherence to legal obligations, ensuring that personal information is managed securely.
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined or as required by law, after which it is securely destroyed.
The Company ensures that personal information is securely destroyed when no longer needed, using methods such as shredding paper records or securely deleting electronic files.
Users and legal representatives have the right to access, correct, delete, or request the suspension of the processing of personal information in accordance with Indonesian law.
